Ashwagandha Healing Oat Bars

  • 2 cups gluten free oats
  • 5 tablespoons chia seeds
  • 2 1/4 cups almond butter
  • 12 medjool dates pitted
  • 5 tablespoons coconut butter
  • 1/2 cup sunflower seeds
  • 1/2 teaspoon sea salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon green cardamon
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
  • 3 tablespoons ashwagandha powder


  1. Combine all ingredients into food processor until mixture forms a ball.

  2. Press mixture into an 8 inch square pan. Flatten with parchment paper.

  3. Garnish with coconut/chia or mulberry. Keeps for 1 week or a month in freezer.
