Anti-Inflammatory Turmeric Ginger Dressing
This anti-inflammatory turmeric ginger dressing is something to add into your daily ritual, because turmeric is a super spice! Sprinkle that goodness on everything! It raises the levels of serotonin and dopamine in the brain, the two neurotransmitters responsible for feelings of happiness, curbing depression and anxiety, and increasing overall emotional well-being.
Ingredients
- 3 Tbsp extra virgin olive oil
- 1 Tbsp apple cider vinegar
- 2 Tbsp agave syrup
- 2 tsp ground turmeric
- 1/2 tsp ground ginger
Instructions

Mix all the ingredients together, beginning with the extra virgin olive oil, apple cider vinegar, agave syrup, ground turmeric, ground ginger.

This dressing can be used on so much more than just salads, use it as a marinade for meats, seafood and it pairs nicely on top a rice bowl as well.
