This smoothie was a game changer in our house. It is a simplified and fun way to incorporate zinc into your diet. This is a vegan friendly recipe!

Ingredients

  • 2 carrots
  • 2 apples
  • 1 cup spinach
  • 1 slice fresh ginger
  • 2 cups almond milk or milk alternative
  • 2 tbsp pumpkin seed
  • few ice cubes

Instructions

  1. Add all ingredients into a high quality blender, blend until smooth, enjoy!
