Ingredients
1 1/2cupsof water or coconut water
1/2rib celerychopped
1/2medium carrotchopped
1/2tablespoonof ginger
1/2tspchia seeds or flax seeds or both
1frozen bananacut into chunks
1/4cupsliced oranges
1/2cupof frozen mango chunks
1/2cupof frozenor fresh pineapple chunks

Instructions
Place all the ingredients in your high performance blender in the order as they appear.
Blend on high until completely smooth or until desired consistency is reached. Feel free to add more or less water depending on the consistency you prefer.
