Anxiety Detox Smoothie Bowl

Fruit lovers rejoice! Enjoy this anxiety detox smoothie bowl in the morning or after a workouts just make sure to top it with a protein such as pumpkin seeds or almond butter, enjoy! 

Servings 1 Bowl

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups of water or coconut water
  • 1/2 rib celery chopped
  • 1/2 medium carrot chopped
  • 1/2 tablespoon of ginger
  • 1/2 tsp chia seeds or flax seeds or both
  • 1 frozen banana cut into chunks
  • 1/4 cup sliced oranges
  • 1/2 cup of frozen mango chunks
  • 1/2 cup of frozen or fresh pineapple chunks
  • Suggested Toppings
  • bananas
  • chia seeds
  • raspberries
  • pineapples
  • pomegranate seeds
  • raspberries
  • pumpkin seeds
  • strawberries
  • unsweetened coconut
  • almond butter

Instructions

  1. Place all the ingredients in your high performance blender in the order as they appear.
  2. Blend on high until completely smooth or until desired consistency is reached. Feel free to add more or less water depending on the consistency you prefer.
  3. Pour into bowls, top with your choice of toppings and arrange decoratively. Serve immediately, and enjoy!
